    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipping
    • Cost: $12.95 USD
  • Free Shipping
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping
    • Minimum Order: $50 USD

International Note: We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia). Delivery times may vary based on customs processing in your country.

Our Return Promise

We stand behind our products like a goalie stands in the crease. If you’re not completely satisfied:

  • 15-day return window from delivery date
  • Free return shipping on exchanges (US only)
  • Refunds processed faster than a breakaway

Non-Returnable Items

For player safety and hygiene, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Goalie Catchers & Blockers that have been used in play
  • Helmets & Face Protection (unless defective)
  • Custom-fitted equipment
  • Opened protective gear (chest/arm protection, elbow pads)

All returns must be in original condition with tags attached and packaging intact.

How to Return or Exchange

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Step 2: Package Your Items

  • Repackage items in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation
  • For exchanges, clearly note what you’d like instead

Step 3: Ship It Back

  • US Customers: We’ll provide a prepaid return label for exchanges
  • International Customers: Return at your expense via tracked mail

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Pro Skate Shop is not responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Method: Original payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Timeline: Allow 5-10 business days for bank processing
  • Shipping Costs: Non-refundable (except for defective items)

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
